VoiceTranslate.io started as a practical fix to a familiar travel problem: needing to hold a real conversation with someone — a driver, a shopkeeper, a stranger at a market — with no shared language and no patience for a translation app that takes five taps to say one sentence. It's built and maintained independently, with a strong preference for a tool that just works over one weighed down by features nobody asked for.
