Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Voice Translate account and all associated data at any time, whether or not you still have the app installed.
How to request deletion
- Email [email protected] from the same email address you use to sign in to Voice Translate, with the subject "Delete my account".
- We verify the request matches the signed-in account on file.
- We delete your account and cancel any active Pro subscription tied to it, and confirm back to you by email once complete. This is a manual process and is normally completed within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What gets deleted
Requesting account deletion permanently removes:
- Your email address, name, and country on file
- Your linked Google sign-in identity
- Your translation history stored on our servers
- Your saved app settings and preferences
- Any saved Group Session names associated with your account
What's retained, and why
A small amount of data is kept even after account deletion, for legal and operational reasons:
- Stripe billing records โ if you had a Pro subscription, Stripe retains payment and invoice records independently of us, per its own legal and tax obligations. Deleting your Voice Translate account also cancels the subscription, but does not erase Stripe's own billing history.
- Server access logs โ anonymized/aggregate technical logs (IP, user agent) are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse-prevention purposes, per our Privacy Policy, and are not tied to your account after deletion.
